Memory Opticians have been recognised at a local awards evening for their high standard of customer service.
Memory were one of seven finalists for the Excellence in Customer Service Award category of the South Wilts Business of the Year Awards 2019.
Nominations were based on votes from the local public and the practice’s patients. Nominators were also allowed to state the reason for their vote.
Comments praised Memory’s ‘excellent, friendly and professional service’ and the fact that patients are ‘looked after as more than a just person, nearly as a family member.’
Another happy patient commented: ‘Politeness, can-do attitude and never losing sight of customer requirements are hallmarks of this modern, contemporary and exciting practice.’
Katie Memory, Director and Managing Partner, said: “We’re thrilled to be nominated and even just to be a finalist is an achievement. The comments from our patients were incredibly humbling, it almost brought a tear to my eye.
